PHC was established as the inclusive association for public health practitioners across all disciplines and sectors in west africa. The society welcomes members from existing disciplinary public health associations, registered corporate entities, and individuals alike, fostering an environment of inclusivity and collaboration. One of PHC's primary objectives is to support existing disciplinary public health associations in achieving their set objectives and promoting cooperative efforts to advance the collective interests of PHC. By facilitating cooperation among various disciplines, PHC aims to diminish inter-cadre rivalry and enhance productivity and fulfillment within the public health sector.
